Exchanges

As a customer we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase because no one needs an item of clothing that will just hang in their closet unworn! Please note our exchange policy below:

• As a small company, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns on made to order items however will gladly exchange if there is an issue with the size.

• all exchanged clothing must be returned in the same condition it was sent within 30 days of purchase.

• Please contact us at josi@josiseverson.com to process any exchanges; we appreciate knowing as soon as you receive your product if you need another one made due to lead time.

Returns

We do not accept returns but will do everything in our power to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
